The following is a list of the steps I take to insure your newly painted cabinets last:

1. Clean-Use my special degreasing solution to remove all grease, grime and debris.

2. Repair-Use a solvent based wood filler to fill any scratches, nicks or holes.

3. Sand-Use my Surf-Prep vacuum sander to sand the surface to a smooth substrate.

4. Clean-Use a lightly damp microfiber cloth to remove dust from sanding.

5. Prime-Use my Graco HVLP sprayer to apply Envirolak cabinet primer.

6. Sand-Lightly sand primed surface.

7. Clean-Remove dust from sanding.

8. Prime-Apply second coat of Envirolak cabinet primer.

9. Sand-Lightly sand primed surface.

10.Clean-Remove dust from sanding.

11.Paint-Apply Envirolak cabinet paint.

12.Sand-Lightly sand painted surface.

13.Clean-Remove dust from sanding.

14.Paint-Apply second coat of Envirolak cabinet paint.

15.Sand-Lightly sand painted surface.

16.Clean-Remove dust from sanding.

17.Paint-Apply third coat of Envirolak cabinet paint.
